I enjoyed the experience, the people were kind and explained everything they were going to do. When I returned for my car, the mechanic took the time to explain what he had done and what he recommended for a future visit. Over and above for customer service. Such big smiles and so very courteous. I was quite comfortable leaving my car there. I could feel the difference in my car right away. You have my future car care needs in your hands. We've been getting great, reliable, prompt and helpful service from Richard and the Top Guns at Midas in Duncan, BC, on Vancouver Island for regular maintenance. Now we're in big mechanical trouble with our SUV and it's not mufflers or brakes, its a lot more serious. Absolutely the best experience I've had at a mechanic shop. Price was great. the service was professional. My car drives like it's brand new. They went above and beyond to get the parts needed. Very knowledgable. Quick to find solutions and willing to apply them. I will be returning. It is a relief to find a trustworthy and reliable shop.
It was very good service and very quick . They also went over the whole car . Just for an oil change.
