We rolled up at 4:30 with a brake problem. They had the new part delivered and installed right away. They even stayed late to make sure we could get back on the road. Super friendly staff and followed all Covid protocols before and after service.

Called them up told them we had gotten a flat. We showed up at an hour to close. They got us in and out within that hour. Patch on the tire and they said it was on them. They sure treated us Northerners like their own. So nice. Best, experience with people on this trip to the island.. thanks Kal Tire Excellent service.

Yesterday I came to the store when they were very busy with customers switching to winter tires. Yet they managed to find time to repair my truck tire and even mounted the spare back on it. They did not even charge me or accept a tip. All the staff was friendly and helpful that I saw. Most impressed. I will definitely will buy my tires there next time. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU Kal tire. I have had a rough couple weeks after having a tree fall on my vehicle, and discovering that my loaner car had a slow leak in a tire. Kal tire fixed the tire leak at no charge, I am so grateful for your fast, friendly service I could cry. You had us in and out within an hour, and I am just so thankful.
