A great getaway beautiful new Farmhouse is amazing and the bed and breakfast was awesome with claw foot tubs. Joy and Doug are fun to talk with and leave you alone except for Cooper who was always there but he is a Golden Retreiver so allowed lol. Keep in mind working ranch, drink water from a bottle only and if in bnb single beds. Love the spot will be back.

I stayed for 2 nights at Hi Point Guest Ranch connected to Hi-Point Hay. The Hosts Doug and Joy treated myself and a guest to a weekend to remember. Every detail of décor has been well thought out, with a charming farm quaintness. A real gem of the area that is highly recommended.

An amazing place for a vacation with your horse! The owners Joy and Doug are very friendly and welcoming. Every guest is greeted personally and invited to enjoy the amenities the farm has to offer. There are countless stabling options for your horse, several eventing grass fields, a big indoor arena and, if that is not enough, direct access to miles and miles of trails. The rider can either stay in the beautiful bed and breakfast, or set up a tent. A big outdoor kitchen with seating overlooking the lake makes this a wonderful place to relax. We'll be back.

Incredible people, beautiful piece of Earth, and the most relaxing atmosphere you could hope for. This truly was the Island life I remembered as a child, and have missed for over a decade since leaving for the Mainland. I recommend this spot to absolutely everyone who values a calm getaway. Enjoy a 40ft deep lake, and privacy if you want it, or chat with the locals and homeowner for a real sense of the lifestyle there.

very happy with the compressed bales. have a diabetic pony and horse that needs 100 pounds more on her. both mares clean every bit of this hay up. love the low sugar, no more hay bellies. easy to take with me on a horse-camping trip too.
