Excellent service, Jon took on a project that we have been battling with for more than 15 years. We had that smell, you know that musty smell and mildew. When you go away that musty smell follows you. It's in your clothes and when you open the suitcase it's there. Jon came out and decided to take the project on. I was skeptical and hopeful. In record time he had the project up and moving along. All the people who came to our home and worked on it were awesome and so respectful. When the job was completed you would have never known that we had a major project done. Jon has kept in touch with us and made sure that we are happy. We came back from being away for 2 weeks and NO SMELL, I can't explain how overwhelming it was to walk into our home and love it again. It has been several months and many wet days and we are still smell free. It was a major undertaking but honestly would do it again in a heart beat if we bought another home with the same issue. We had the attic and crawl space done. Complete new roof with sheeting and insulation. New skylight and all new venting. Crawl space was cleaned up and insulated. Through each step of the project Jon came out and saw us and explained to us what was going on and what they were doing to repair our house issues. I can't say this enough to everyone who worked on our house, excellent job and thank you, thank you for making our home an awesome home again. The final bill matched the quote, we did end doing some extra items but cost was explained to us up front and what was quoted was billed at the same cost. L&R Hardy

We would like to leave positive review for Hazforce Environmental Ltd. Our 85 yr old home had vermiculite insulation in the attic with a high possibility of containing asbestos, old pink fibreglass, a small drywalled room that was built to house a grow-op. The attic was also home to a small number of bats. A comprehensive home assessment was done for vermiculite and mold abatement by a knowledgeable representative who took the time to explain the job step by step and clarify anything we didn’t understand to our satisfaction. The estimate was clearly written and itemized, making it easy to refer to for costs of the job descriptions. Everything was taken care of from hazardous material removal, 3rd party air quality testing, reinstallation of new R40 cellulose insulation, and finally certificates of proof should we sell our home in the future. Hazforce crew were professional and friendly with good work standards, they always arrived on time. We were kept updated with photo’s as the job progressed. Their crew foreman was on site daily to manage anything that came up. Our bat issue was remediated according to B.C. conservation laws, evicted alive and well and attic vents protected so they could not return. Grow-op room studs and drywall were deconstructed and removed, the area completely cleaned up. No problems communicating with this company, available 24/7 for any issues. Hazforce will go above and beyond to work with clients and their special needs. We would have no hesitation in using Hazforce again or referring them to others! Had Hazforce remove cellulose insulation out of my attic for a renovation. The guys worked all day with out stopping all to get the job done in the one day we had. Can’t thank them enough for there great quick work! Would definitely call them again.
Hazforce Environmental removed potentially hazards insulation from the attic of our house. They applied special standards to ensure that the asbestos hazard was contained and could not escape to other areas of the house. Their efforts were very effective and they kept us informed at every step of the process with pictures and emails describing their work. As well, they would point out any other deficiencies that were present in the attic space and recommend a solution. After removal was complete, they re-insulated the attic with safe and effective fiberglass insulation, thoroughly cleaned the entire house and supplied a \Clearance Letter\ stating the hazard was removed and the attic space was safe. I highly recommend HazForce Environmental Ltd. for this hazardous work.
