SO UNORGANIZED WITH A GRUMPY OLD MAN. Unfortunately this is the only option in my area or I would go somewhere else. The older man that is there all the time is grumpy, doesn't communicate well with the customers or his own staff. I have come in multiple times to find cups all over the counter, and many stacks of blender containers. He will take multiple orders without setting us up to pay which can make it very confusing to the customers especially when there are other people working and say "I think this is yours" and when I ask if it's the "mango hurricane " or whatever I ordered, they won't know because of the poor communication. This place is not set up to do both order ahead and in store orders so please just pick one so the poor staff can get organized. When im in there with one person ahead of me and there are 10 smoothies being made while I wate for 15 minutes, it is very frustrating.

I keep having the same issues with the same employee. The drinks I order are NEVER made correctly. And telling the guy doesn't make a difference. My ripped berry is way way too thin, and has next to no fruit in it. This guy needs to be trained again or fired. Don't waste your time or money coming here if the older guy is the one making the drinks, you won't leave happy.
So annoyed.I went at 7pm.closed early.hours say 8pm online and on store window.boss said to close early.that is really annoying driving down and closed.dont post hiurs if u aren't goin to abide by them
My favourite place to go. Staff are so friendly and kind. One even left me with the sweet message of "Don't stress, be blessed". Great company
Owner cheaps out on ingredients for sure. Keep an eye on how much ice they're adding. Do they water down the juice too? Half of the fresh ingredients are usually out anyway. I got a smoothie handed to me after I ordered a juice. Was told "that's how they tell me to make it" by a dude in long hair. Being out of the fresh ingredients I wanted, I asked for a refund. We settled on an orange juice which he reluctantly made. Poor cashier was new and didn't know the menu. My friend got a smoothie it's called "Spinach is in it... Barely”
First time trying Booster Juice while I'm visiting Duncan and I am beyond disappointed. Not only did I not get what I ordered, the wrap I got fell apart the moment I picked it up and was extremely soggy from what I'm assuming is grease. I will not be coming back again, this is not the Booster Juice I know and love.
Great service and the owner of this location always does extras for everyone. The have a new location at Trunk Road beside the Scotia Bank. There were lineups lately.
Was waiting in line for a good 20 minutes, when it was my turn to order, I was told to wait while several online orders that just came up were prepared first, while several other customers were lined up out the door. Only one employee on shift, 30 minutes for a smoothie is unacceptable.
