Went in on 23 Dec 20 with a broken cartridge from my bathroom tub. I didn't know what brand of valves were in the tub or how long ago the broken cartridge had been installed. The staff took the time to look into what I had and were able to provide me with a suitable replacement. Needless to say, I was very happy with the outcome and service especially since I had just struck out at Home Depot.

Thierry helped me get a replacement well pump controller so we could get our farm’s irrigation and veggie production up and running again after our pump controller failed. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and made it very easy for me to pick up the controller in time for me to catch the ferry back to Salt Spring Island. He understood how critical it was for us to get up and running quickly!
