Don’t trust leaving your equipment here for repair. Dropped my Dads scooter off for a battery replacement. It was in great condition at the time. 3 weeks later still hadn’t heard from them. I called. They had lost the tag so didn’t know who it belonged to. Then discovered they had also lost the keys and battery charger. They didn’t want to believe they had lost them. Kept questioning me even after I described the filling out the form process. Finally found them the next day. Foam handlebar cover is now badly torn and there is now a 2” crack in the moulded shell. Not surprising after it getting shoved around in their tiny space for 3 weeks. Duncan, the manager and Jason, the owner refuse any reasonable compensation or responsibility for their incompetency. They say” too bad, it’s an older model anyway”. So disappointing as it’s a great shop in many other ways.
