A Google search for \motor & pump repair\ for the Burlington & Hamilton area resulted in many choices. From that, I narrowed it to 3 calls. From their on-line reviews and the phone response that I received from Dave @ Duke Electric, my choice was simple! I dropped off my Hayward pump & motor on a Wednesday afternoon and was greeted by \Ken\ who took my info then labeled & tagged my motor & pump. Just like the reviews I had read, Ken seemed very knowledgeable & professional! He advised he would call me once the unit was ready. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Ken the very next day! I was able to pick up the pump & motor that afternoon and Duke Electric honored the original cost I was quoted! Furthermore, Ken provided some great tips on how to keep my pool pump & motor in good condition. I am very pleased & would highly recommend Duke Electric and their staff for their professionalism, friendliness, fair price and just all round GREAT service! 5 star service!!!!! Heck, ...
