Dream Pools and Sterling (owner) provided us with stellar service in the summer of 2020. This was our very first pool experience and Sterling had the perfect combination of technical expertise and client acumen. His team is effective, efficient, cordial and very client-friendly. The technical and aesthetic quality of the work, from the structure to the liner to the lighting and electronics, were all phenomenal. The real value-add, however, that differentiates Sterling from the rest of the pack is his client-service and responsiveness AFTER the pool had been installed. From holding a 3 hour “pool school” teaching session for our whole family, to responding to texts and calls quickly if we ever had a question when we were using the pool, Sterling and Dream Pools ensure that they are always available to help you as you learn how to use and maintain your new pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is a first-time pool owner — five stars across the board!!!!

Dream Pools completed a new build pool installation this past summer during the covid outbreak. During this stressful time Sterling and his entire team were extremely professional, hard working, on time, clean and personable. With shutdowns occurring within the industry Sterling kept us up to date and in the loop taking away all the guessing. Sterling was, and still is, available for all questions and concerns no matter how minor they may be and answers questions in a timely fashion. Putting in a pool is a major renovation and can be very stressful. Dream took the stress out and made the renovation seamless. Sterling helped design the best pool to best fit my yard, the placement, accent stone work and even the liner. He worked with my budget and is a true professional that puts you at ease during the process. He has built the company with the highest integrity and the pool looks amazing. I highly recommend using them for all your pool needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Dream Pools and Willow Landscape Inc. who, together, transformed our backyard into a spectacular retreat. Both companies were on time with the project and demonstrated exceptional workmanship in every element from the pool to the patio to the privacy screens.
