Had to dig up our asphalt driveway to install septic system, then used a defective temporary product to patch. His quote specifically included driveway repair. Excuses for 5 months and taking no accountability despite promises to make it right. Highly recommend avoiding this company - Use someone who lives up to their word.

Prompt call back ( on a Sunday ) and very professional and prompt service to my septic pump. Steve was very friendly , very knowledgeable and worked hard in a tight space. I know who to call if I have issues in the future. Thanks Ron

My husband and I are beyond grateful for the service we received. Darryl and Stephen were both friendly, professional, informative and each provided honest opinions and recommendations. Darryl's exceptional business ethics and his recommendation to try the less expensive repair first saved us approximately 20,000 (a quote we received from another company for work that wasn't even needed). Stephen answered all of our questions and was fantastic in explaining and showing us what he was doing and how we should maintain our septic system. He demonstrated such care for our property that it is difficult to even see the places where he had dug! The office staff were very friendly, helpful, efficient and a real pleasure to communicate with. Without hesitation we would recommend Drain Doctors to anyone and everyone!!!

Steer clear of this company. They used cold patch asphalt (a temporary fix) on our project, and then claimed that the product was just defective. Then he had one of his employees return and torch the cold patch (which voids the product warranty). Of course, that just made it worse. Now Darryl says they have \done all they can\ to fix the problem and we are on our own. We had a paving company come to inspect his crumbly, defective work. They said Darryl's using cold patch as a permanent solution was either incompetent or deceptive. I'm thinking incompetent, since we have a nice, long email string in which Darryl acknowledges he screwed up. Either way, BBB complaint is on its way.

This company was hired to provide an impartial, unbiased inspection of our septic system for a house sale. They supposedly found a fault then provided an excessively priced quote to fix it. We find this very unprofessional and leads us to question their honesty and integrity.
