PLEASE READ!!!!! I wished I had read reviews of this Dr. prior to going, however was in distress with pain from a Sinus Infection and needed treatment immediately as it was a Sunday and my Dr. wasn't available. I'm 56 yrs of age and have never experienced such ignorance from a Dr. I have a long history of sinus infections due to a deviated septum and have had surgery, however I didn't have the opportunity to explain this to him - I tried and told him I have a long history of sinus infections, but he just cut me off. He didn't believe I had an infection, however he gave me a req. for an x-ray and script for a (sinus spray - which is NOT treatment for a sinus infection, but to prevent). I kindly asked if he was going to give me a script for antibiotics, he flatly said NO, saying he thought it was a virus. Needless to say I suffered in excruciating pain for 2 days/nights. I needed pain meds too, but try getting that! It's not going to happen unless your leg is severed off or worse, so I didn't even bother asking for that. My Dr. immediately prescribed antibiotics once I was able to see her. Just NASTY this Dr. Sharadindu Rai! He should not be a Dr. .... period.

Dr.Rai is the worest dr. EVER, i had some questions about my pregnancy, he didnt not take me in he cancelled me just because these questions are shame in his religion.I will take this ASSAULT to court
If I could give this clinic 0 stars, I would. I am not one to write online reviews; however, following my recent experience with Dr. Rai, I felt compelled to do so. I have never encountered such a condescending, rude and dismissive individual. As a Family Physician, I am shocked by his total lack of empathy and concern - why choose this profession if you don’t care to actually help anyone? Upon walking into his empty office, I was rushed back into an exam room and greeted with rapid fire questions from Dr. Rai before I had even fully entered the room. I did not even hear him tell me his name. He barely even looked at me let alone assessed me before typing away madly on his laptop. I hardly had an opportunity to explain my concern fully before he went on a completely condescending rant. Considering his office was empty - as in, there was not one single other patient in there - I truly do not understand why he was so visibly rushed and seemingly annoyed by my presence. By this point, it became evident that this man had absolutely no interest in helping me and I had lost all faith in him as a medical practitioner. I left the clinic no better off than I was upon arrival. What an awful Physician not to mention complete and utter waste of taxpayer dollars! Please save your time and go elsewhere. I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to leaving work early to go to this clinic!
Very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and I will not be returning. He said I was closed minded and wouldn't allow me to speak. This man should not be in this profession.
Extremely uncaring, unprofessional and exhibits angry outbursts for no known reason!
