Heard about Doc's and really wanted a pair, but never have owned a pair. I called in to see if they had my size, a Men's size 15 in the classic 1460 lace up's and the worker told me she had them in 3 types of leather! We had to wait a bit to get into the store (understandable) but once we were in all the workers were polite and nice and helped us pick out my new Doc Martens. Loves the atmosphere of the store, and the friendly workers! Great selection too considering this is the only store I was able to find size 15 Doc Martens! Very happy!

The sales staff could have been more helpful. They did help me get different sizes. I had asked a staff’s opinion on the boots and they responded saying they look at them everyday. They didn’t have my size in the black standard unisex boots which surprised me. I assumed that would be a popular item so they would keep them in stock.

Amazing customer service from Rosanna and Laurie at the Queen street location. Great online service too with my order arriving only two days after I placed it. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, but Rosanna and Laurie were so helpful with processing the exchange and making sure I was fully satisfied before I left the store. Thank you!
I love being able to shop at an original doc martens store, they really should have more of these. The employees were very helpful and nice and the selection was the best I have ever seen. They have all of the rare shoes that are not available anywhere else. Great Black Friday deals as well, so this is a must stop for next years shopping list. Found this lil shoe and it’s the cutest thing. Keep up the good work doc.

Just warning that they do not allow people that have a medical issue and can not wear a mask to be at the store. I came with an intention to buy a new pair of boots and was asked to leave unless I wear a mask, even though I mentioned I had a doctors note with me that shows I have a medical exemption. *** the wearing of mask is mandatory but exclude children under the age of 2 and people with certain medical issues / disabilities
