Stellar customer service and product selection. I recently heard that Reason switched to a subscription based service and discontinued more introductory versions of their famous music production software. Luckily, Red One Music still had a hook up with Reason Studios and was able to sell me the Intro version I was looking for. I called to make sure they could deliver on the discontinued product, and thanks to Bryan I became confident in my purchase. Sure enough after paying I received my software, and it was nice to hear from Salomon (the IT person) shortly after that to ensure the transaction went as planned.

I live in Ontario and was in need of a DJ Controller. I reached out to the folks at Musique Red One and the experience was great. After finding out that my product was on back order from the supplier, the staff and particularly Anthony, were more than happy to take my calls every couple of weeks and give status updates. Once we found out that the product wouldn't ship in time from the distributor, they offered me a different product that was similar and in stock, meaning I would get it sooner. Bought a talk box, got a call that said oops out of stock now that you've paid, wanna wait 30 days? Yeah sure, 30 days pass, nothing, another 30, I call, oh yeah still delayed sorry, next week it's in. Next week comes, goes, another week as well, still nothing. I call AGAIN, oh I'll call the manufacturer and find out, two days later, yeah they don't make it anymore, wanna pay an extra 100 and get the other version we have? I can offer a 5 percent discount? Thanks so much guys, a Christmas and birthday gift ruined due to an ineptitude beyond comprehension
