I bought a used car last year and have been bringing it here for all of my needs. They are straight forward and honest. The dealership who sold me my car gave me incorrect and damaged winter tires, they informed me here at DorvalRad and even offered a set I could purchase as it was noticed last minute. The list goes on and on, each time a good experience.

STAY AWAY!!! All fake reviews - went there for my a/c blowing hot air while moving. Person explained that the problem is the condenser- charged me 450!!! while same condenser on internet is 67 - the cheapest chinese stuff. 15 min later AC still blowing hot air - when asked for refund - person offered to put back my Old condenser which was already thrown in the GARBAGE!!! No excuses no remorse!! Imagine how it will be re-installed and most likely already punctured in the garbage. To prevent further damage I asked for a half price in order to get at least something without further damage on my car. Next step will be Consumer Protection Bureau! Those people should be banned for doing such a bussiness. Basically I paid so the mecanic can learn on my car
