Our company has dealt with Don's Portable Toilets many times over the years and we have always found their customer service & maintenance of the toilets to be excellent and consistently efficient. Their prices are competitive but very reasonable especially compared to some companies who charge an extreme amount more for the same or lessor quality. I have found every staff member I have spoken with at DPT to be very polite, friendly & knowledgeable about their products and customer satisfaction is certainly a priority for them. I generally deal with Margaret who listens to what we are looking for then works to match us up with the units that are suitable to our requirements; we appreciate that! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Just spoke with Kate over the phone to try and book a portable toilet for a home renovation. Terrible customer service. We ended up booking with Pitton Plumbing instead.
Horrendous service, do not use them. They fail to maintain the toilets to any useable standard, even after multiple phone calls and emails.
