Small run down theatre with gross bathrooms. Only good part was there is parking. The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves then serving customers and the girl at the ticket booth could use some charm classes. Also Guzzo get with the times and take debit!!

We really wanted to feel safe going to the theatre. The patrons walking around after the movie were not wearing masks, the imax theatre seemed dirty. We will not be returning, there needs to be strict rules, and staff to enforce them.
One of the few movie theaters in the West Island. Comfy easy to get to, overall good experience.
Nothing too special going on here. I go on quiet nights to the late shows. The young staff who work here are polite. Drinks and snacks are just as expensive as everywhere else. But its proximity to a dollarama is perfection. Clean too as far as I can tell.
Not great seats were ripped sticky has a smell. The imax screen is nice.

Wanted to use coupon and pay the difference for a imax show. I was told this is impossible by the supervisor.
I love coming to Guzzo and usually have a great viewing experience. But yesterday in Salle 3 when my friends and I were watching Creed II we noticed the screen was dirty. We told the supervisor on duty. She said she knew about it and that we wouldn't see it during the movie. That was a lie because it was the only thing I was looking at all movie
