The sales associates at this store are amazing. I purchased a disposable vape pen and wasn't satisfied with the flavour. I simply called them and they told me to bring it in and exchange it, which i did. I was able to get another pen with a flavour that I liked with no problem what's so ever. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service. Will definitely go here again!
I bought a bong and a bunch of other smoking supplies from this store in the summer, and the very first time I went in the the experience was very pleasant. The sales associate was very sweet and so was the owner who happened to be in the shop. They were very helpful and even gave me and my coworker a couple nice tools to try. The beautiful bong I bought however, happened to get damaged. I contacted the owner and he replied pretty quickly and arranged to have it replaced with no issue. Due to covid it took a while to arrive but the owner communicated with me the entire time and kept me updated throughout the wait. Very nice people to deal with, they even threw in a couple more freebies when I picked it up! My new favourite smoke shop.
