My experiences with Dixie Ford have been excellent. The service and parts department go out of their way to help me out. And I’m admittedly a picky and difficult customer. I’m constantly needing something different and they’re always helpful. I always worry I’m driving them nuts but they are always friendly with me and when I bring my doberman puppy (Beau) by, everyone is so very nice to him. Which is super important to me because he’s my baby. I’ve only ever experienced one issue with the service and I approached the customer service department quickly addressed my issue and helped me out with it. I was appreciative of that because I feel like most places would do their best to brush my issues aside. I appreciate Dixie Ford and will continue to get my vehicle services there and am considering purchasing a new vehicle with them in the future.

Amazing experience with Dixie Ford. Pankaj my sales rep what’s an absolute pleasure to deal with. Never felt pressured, never felt uncomfortable, always working his hardest to get me the best deal. Extremely organized and on top of everything with not a single problem ever coming up in the sales process. Made it easy and very enjoyable experience for me picking up my new Mustang GT PP1. Navinder (Nav) the business manager was also extremely knowledgeable and on top of his job. Always available by phone to confirm details and to organize paperwork and vehicle pick up. In addition, the management team were amazing to deal with. Fought hard to get me a fair trade in and fair deal. Thanked me at the end of the deal and followed up with me within 24 hours to make sure I was happy. Amazing people, amazing atmosphere, amazing experience. Dixie Ford is the place to buy your Ford!
