If I could give this company a zero I would. The management is absolutely horrible, you literally cannot have a conversation with other employees without being scolded, the manager Darren is absolutely horrible, his attitude towards other employees & his direction/offer to help is horrifying. All of the employees in office gossip constantly about each other, very toxic workplace. No training on job, expected to learn everything on your own and work from home with no OT. Other employees mention they will be fired for trying to have children or taking a sick day...do not work here if you value your mental health. Also, no opportunity to grow or get raises at all. I was told no raises are given what so ever.

Coach #2716 just cut us off on the north end of the Anthony Henday in Edmonton and forced us onto the shoulder. They were in the middle lane, that was not suddenly being blocked off, and did not use a signal light to move over into the left lane that we were occupying in a large vehicle that's pretty hard to miss. "Driven by safety" seems a bit ironic. No im not driving as I write this, I am the passenger.
Diversified Transportation has the worst service I have ever encountered with any company. Every week these buses are 1-2 hours late, if they even show up on the correct day. Again today the bus that was supposed to pick up at 1p.m. is now over 1 hour and a half late. A couple of weeks ago our bus didn't show up until the day after it was scheduled. When contacted about these issues we are given excuse after excuse and the company still fails to rectify any of the problems. Aside from these issues clients of this company pay for certain features on the buses like dvd players and so far not one of our buses has had a working player. The buses are far from clean and the washrooms are gross. Unfortunately there are not many other bus companies that service camps in Alberta, but hopefully we can find another way because this is pathetic.

We were waiting for the Edmonton transit bus and Diversified stopped right at the ETS bus stop right in front of the ETS bus making the ETS bus drive quite a ways to stop snd we had to run/walk a ways to get the bus. My husband hurt his ankle walking /running that was broken by him falling on ice in January. We were not happy to say the least. They should not stop right at the ETS bus stops but a tiny bit from them so that ETS buses can stop at their rightful stops. No vehicle are allowed to stop at the ETS bus stops so Diversified should not neither.
