I always go to Direct Cell for any phone related issues. This time around I went to the Burlington store to get an Android TV box, as the location that is closest to my house was sold out. The service I received at this store was very good. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about TV boxes and was able to sell me exactly what I needed. Their prices are also always very competitive!
Did a great job. Phone was crushed. And they can waterproof your phone for 30 with new nano tech. I very impressed with the workmanship pride and service.
I do not recommend any location. Went to get my iPhone screen replaced, and after the screen was replaced the front and back camera stopped working and I went back to them but they wanted more money. The fault was after the repair, and they still wanted the customer to pay. I called the other branches too, but there was no sign of help by the owner. I do not recommend any location of Direct Cell.
Thank you very much for fixing my Samsung. I came in with two broken phones and was presented with 3 reasonable options. I have my favorite phone working again and my camera is even better then before.I am referring some of my Family and Friends because of the great Customer service.
Very professional, and very quick service. Had my LG G3 screen repaired here about a week ago and it has been working great ever since and they also priced match to give me the absolute best price. I walked in the store looking for a charger port replacement on my galaxy s4 and they greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile. The manager was extremely kind and thoughtful, he gave me a very good deal and offered deals to all my friends as well! I haven't been to another cell phone accessory or repair shop since!
I got my iphone 6s repaired from direct cell and it was a very good experience since it did not take much time to get my phone back and was repaired in pretty reasonable price. More over their work is par excellence. I would love to recommend this to my friends too.
