I've always had a great experience anytime I've gone here. They are friendly and always helpful. I've even had a few instances where I went back after buying a product, they remembered what product it was and asked me how I liked it. They have a great return policy as well. The only thing that is a disappointment is sometimes they don't have the best selection of perks when you reach 100 points.

I always get awesome customer service from staff here, they are always very helpful and nice. My only complaint is they don't have much for samples- Shopper's got 'em beat in that department. All in all tho, love this store!
Customer service in this store is terrible. I have gone there twice and left both times without buying anything. I don't know how they manage to sell anything there. Only 1 of the sales people seemed willing to help anyone!
Great staff and great service. Very helpful if you need help and not judgmental at all. Being a boy shopping for makeup I've seen some employees at other locations be mean to me because I wasn't a girl, It won't happen there!
