Only reason why I didn't give 1 star is because my shipment made it to its destination. Fellas working the night shift are doing nothing but taking smoke breaks and chatting. 2nd time in a row I came for a shipment of 2 puppies (Im a breeder) and they weren't expecting me, didn't know where the puppies were going, and didn't take any of my identification or have me sign any paperwork, although this was booked weeks in advance. If you need to ship precious cargo, especially living things, do NOT go with cargojet. Their professionalism and preparedness on the night crew need attention.
