Had good variety of saftey shoes and other gear. They honored my Amazon digital voucher and I got a pair of Timberland shoes for free.
There were a few shoes I was interested in but felt very uncomfortable. Felt like I was constantly watched. Left without buying anything.
Must be a busy time for them, my company recently changed over to work authority to provide our footwear boasting wider selection etc. When I went to the closest location in Delta there were about 9-10ppl plus 2 staff on a Sunday. One guy spent most of his time trying to find shoes for most of the customers, the girl who seemed very new tried to help but did mostly cashier work. I wasn't angry as i could see they were busy. The selection on hand was not very good. Half the display for men's protective footwear was empty. Sizes I could see if what was available were for larger than average sizes. I'm a 9.5.. Everything I saw was 13. I asked the girl if she knew when their next delivery of stock may be in. Answered between Tuesday and Friday... So yes understandably not sure with covid19 and I'm not sure where their stock comes from could be why there's no certain answer. Anyways I'm just reviewing my first experience which wasn't great. But again it could be that they just were super slammed. I'll have to check back later as I do still need to replace my work shoes. Hopefully they'll have stock in as there's only two locations and I can't order online as they are not set up with my company to do so. Others in my company that have already gotten shoes seemed to have been satisfied .
I bought a pair of Blundstones here. The Manager and his staff were very polite and informative. I am very satisfied and grateful for such a positive shopping experience. Highly recommended.
