Very unprofessional and unwelcome visit. The staff wasn’t helpful. “You ask any questions and there answer will be call customer service”. Might be Rogers just want to have a ghost store at tsawwassen mills so that no one visit their store but yeah probably they show case their name!! Wth

When we went in first, the associate didnt bother to get up from his seat and show us the phone, just pointed and we checked it. For the second time, when we went in, he was with another customer, so we waited. After that, he said he will be back in 2 minutes, never came back. We waited for nearly 10 minutes. Poor customer service.

Had a terrible experience shopping there with family and friends as the customer service from the employee named : Gurlane was insanely disrespectful towards us. we asked to check for inventory for iPhone 11 pro max 256 GB and he refused to check it for us and said \ ill only check if you are sure you are ready to pay enough money for it per month\ that is an insanely disrespectful reply to assume that I cannot afford the phone so he didn't wanna check. all of my friends and family members were present and we spread the word as other customers heard what he said and how he acted . never ever going back to rogers for that type of employee and customer service since they don't value customers.
