Terrible customer service here. Use a trucking service instead - they're faster and responsive. We shipped our vehicle Montreal to Vancouver in July. They committed to 2 weeks shipping. Took them that much time just to get the car out of their shipping yard in montreal and onto a train. We waited for another 3 weeks before getting our car, at which point our insurance had already run out. This left us with big challenges to get the car inspected and re-insured. The car was delivered with a dead battery and very dirty. To get the car i had to sign a document that essentially said that no issues i may find were their problem, however this is contradicted what we agreed to in the initial contract with our agent. Pretty shady. Upon calling customer service, they told us that 'delays and mechanical issues are not our problem, nor is it that of the train operator' prior to hanging the phone up on me. Who's issue is it then when you pay for a service and get a half baked version of it? Avoid at all costs.

AT first I was hesitant because of the negative reviews I read, but I guess we should all remember that people only write bad reviews and never good. I wanted to share my great experience with Livingston because of that. Their price and service was really great, it took 3 weeks from dropping off the car in Montreal, QC and arriving in Vancouver, BC - all during a pandemic where service should have been slower. My car had zero scratches or dents, it was exactly as I dropped it off. I would definitely ship with Livingston again based on my experience I had with them.
Shipped my car from Toronto area to Vancouver area and Livingston was great. Vehicle arrived a few days earlier than expected and in the same condition as when it was sent. My summer tires and emergency kit were left in the car and everything was as it should be, even the personal stuff that was accidentally left behind. Great customer service- from the time I requested a quote to the pick up of the vehicle in Delta, the staff were helpful and quick to respond. I'm sure the cars they usually ship are much nicer than mine, but they took care of it just the same!
We shipped our car from Vancouver Island all the way to Halifax. From beginning to end, it was a super success. We were able to organize pickup and delivery, door to door. The car arrived 3 days early, in perfect condition. The entire trip took 19 business days and they quoted us a very reasonable price. I was able to call in for regular updates, they were very helpful about informing us exactly where the car was. We would recommend Livingston to anyone shipping a vehicle over long distances.
