We were very excited to build our dream cottage from the ground up with the Linwood team at their Young's Point Location. We collaborated on a new design and they even came out to see the potential site to make sure we were aligning our design with the lot. The result is a timeless family cottage. To further add to the story, our son Tyler was part of the build team on our place and then went on to build more Linwood homes in the area. He had such a passion for the product that he was brought on as the newest part of the sales team. So, if you are looking for a custom home, he can speak from experience on the building and the living in a Linwood!
If there was a option for no stars I would select that. Delay after delay and promises after promises...we still haven’t began building.
We are in the middle of our build with Linwood Homes and its been a great experience. We are in BC, our beautiful new home is going up in Nova Scotia. Sam Clark, our Linwood rep at the Delta, BC office has taken care of us from day one with guidance, patience, professionalism, sincerity, insight, keen knowledge of the product and a genuine interest in getting our project done right. Sam has saved us from making a few design alteration errors along the way as well (roof lines, I am looking at you!). He worked with us in research, background and interviews in selecting a builder all the way across the country, and communicates with them ongoing, to ensure they have the materials and knowledge they need to build our home in a remote location 3,500 miles away. We are nothing but pleased with Linwood Homes. Our experience has been all positive. We are so excited to see this beautiful home come to life and can't wait to start our retirement living in our dream home. Ron and Kerry Kendrick

They were quick to respond if I had questions or needed anything. The materials supplied were of high quality and in good condition.
