Why is it when you call a professionally ran business you have to do their job for them unless you want heavy sighs or attitude? Please steer clear of this company for any of your welding supply needs. not knowledgable, not helpful. if you have no other choice then do all your own research, provide part numbers and help them along the way. Management team, please provide better customer service training and more technical training.
Friendly staff. Decent prices. Centralized location... park in the back. Only place in the mainland to get dry ice, so it's kinda pricey, but they over weigh in my experience.
