Customer service seriously lacking. Last week I purchased 80 in product, then realized I had ordered the wrong size. Next day I called and could not get an answer so emailed them with my problem. To date NO RESPONSE. April 20 I phoned and left a message for someone to PLEASE respond to my email. To date, NOTHING. Now I have to resort to purchasing it a second time, this time from a reputable company. A costly lesson dealing with Delta.

Very poor customer service. Purchased 80 in product then found out I ordered the wrong size . Called a couple of times and got no answer so emailed them. NO RESPONSE to date. Then finally got through on the phone and asked for someone to respond to my email. NO RESPONSE to date. It's been ten days now and nothing. No way to run a company.
