This is by far the best place in town to get your phone fixed. The store is ran by a genuine guy names Guru with a good heart. AVOID any low quality places. My phone was destroyed by them. This guy is a professional. He knows what he is doing and he is extremely fair and kind. Thank you very much for your time, effort and kindness. I will be coming back here in the future, and most certainly recommending you to my friends and family. I had dropped my Samsung s8's screen the day before the phone got submerged into a vat of water; doubling the possible screen damage/water damage. I brought it into Gurus in a bit of a frenzy, and he set the expectations and price from the start so that I would know exactly what the best outcome and worst outcome could be. He was able to dry out the phone & replace the display/screen within 24 hours. The price too was competitive and he even gave me 15% off of the final bundle price as I also had to buy a new case & screen protector. He is very professional and quite trustworthy. Top tier service. Really competitive price and great quality of repair. He is also very informative, friendly, and quick with communication.

When I took my sons 2DS XL in to repair the broken screen, they informed me that the part would need to be ordered and would take a week, which was fine but I expressed to them that I would like to keep it until then as my autistic son did not want to be without it for that long. A week later I took it in to be repaired and was told they would call me later that day to pick it up. As the end of the day neared, I knew they would be closing soon so called them to see if I could pick it up. I was informed that they had ordered the wrong part, the ds was now in pieces and the new part would take another week to arrive. Not impressed but still not complaining, I stopped by a week later to see if it was ready and was told it would be finished by the weekend as the part had still not arrived. Finally a few days later, I get a call that it is finished so I drive down to pick it up. Firstly I was quoted 90, but was charged 95 plus tax. Did not complain, I was just happy to finally hand it back to my son who was more than eager to get it back. The man behind the counter hands it to me and the casing is totally warped. I asked him why it looked like that. He had no answer for me, no apology, no offer to take some money off, nothing. I am SO disappointed. If I had known it would have taken weeks and been given to me warped I would have just sent it in to Nintendo.

Gurus Phone repairs, Delta is extremely nice and helpful. Fast repair!! We have been customers for a couple of years. Always happy with them. I recommend this business. So, broke the headphone jack in my new Samsung Galaxy S20. I couldn't get it with tweezers, pliers or a Bic pen which was suggested from a google search. Went by other repair stores and they sent me out because they had no idea how to fit it. I'm stressing, it's late in the day. I call Gurus Phone repairs, Delta and they pick up immediately. With my brief description they tell me they can fix it. I race across town and pop in. I show them the phone, the tech takes it, sits down and fixes it. Whole process was about 20 minutes from coming in the door. Now I have been coming to them for years, they are fast, honest and reliable! They are incredibly knowledgeable and really go above and beyond for their customers! Cannot say many of these things individually about other places. I go back again and again without hesitation.

Had an issue with my Pixel 4 and gave them a call at 4:15 PM. Employee had a pretty good idea right away what the issue might be but told me to bring it in as soon as convenient. They are still open during COVID-19 and had it all set up to minimize any human interaction. Got a call maybe 30 minutes later telling me what was wrong, and said they could have it fixed within 2 days because they needed to order a part. Next morning around 9 AM, I got another call telling me it was done. I noticed they also cleaned my charging port. Price was pretty good, as well. Amazing! I went here through my insurance (Asurion) and it exceeded my expectations. They were accurate in their time quote, and continuously kept me updated at what steps in the process they were. Customer service was exceptional even on a particularly busy day. Would 100% come here again for repairs. Bonus: they were streaming The Office while I was waiting
