Recently(Feb 2021) got our garage door serviced for a broken spring, the service was exceptional again. Starting with positive and can do attitude from Denise, creating a job for the technician who was qualified, he also checked and serviced the other doors on his time. This is what a call a good work ethic. The original 6 doors were correctly installed by Creative doors in 2012.

We had our garage gate stop working this Sunday and we called for an emergency call out. We had a tech Thomas D. call and come out very quickly. When he arrived he assessed the situation and found the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and he made sure everything was working properly. He noticed our belt was worn out and he switched that out as well. Based on our experience with our awesome tech Thomas D. I would recommend Creative Door for your garage gate services. From the initial contact to the clean up by the installer the experience was fantastic. I had called 4 other door companies and only 2 others bothered to call back. Creative Door was excellent to work with. Scheduling was friendly and accommodating. And my technician, Thomas went out of his way to make sure my garage door was up and running by the end of the day, even though he had to go back to the shop for the correct springs. He was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. He also checked the other components and did a bit of maintenance before he left. Job well done!

Michelle and the team at Creative Door in Delta, B.C. provided wonderful service. They were able to supply and install a replacement double door for my garage on only 1 day's notice. The price was very reasonable (much lower than I expected) and the installation by Sukh was quick and professional. I won't hesitate to deal with them again!
