I called Access because I like to support local business. When Lenn came to my house, I was nervous of the cost I would be paying. What a great guy! He explained exactly what it would cost to make everything work. I had almost completed installing a new opener when i had some issues. He knows all the different motors and how to program them all. He tightened the springs and did all my wiring in minutes. I would highly recommend. Thanks Lenn.
Too bad I can only give a five star rating. This is definitely a 5 star experience. To be honest the reason is pretty simple - Lenn D. Just read the other reviews, you will certainly see a theme here. I needed to have a hinge replaced on our door and was blessed to have Lenn as our service technician. He called before to advise on ETA, and arrived on time. He then proceeded to set the bar for customer service at the highest of levels. Obviously he knows his stuff and then some, but he tutors you along the way and what you learn is of value to avoid future issues or at least to ensure you are equipped to monitor for potential issues.. His combination of personality and professionalism is something I have not seen in a long time. He literally engages you completely. The most positive service experience I have ever had. Lenn replaced the defective hinge, outlined other issues, which were clearly visible once someone pointed them out to you (had another hinge tearing, and well as the center mount to the door for the motor which was tearing to a point of eminent failure). I really cant say enough about how much I appreciated the level of communication and service provided. Great service at a great price. Kudos to you!
