I contacted this company after a death in the family, they where friendly to deal with, clear on pricing and process and onsite the next day. They where discrete, professional and did a fantastic job. Scott was great and answered all my questions and even gave me advice on next steps. I would rather live in a perfect world where no one needs this service but if you do make this your first phone call.

1st Trauma did a hazardous material cleanup for me and I couldn't be happier with their work. They went above and beyond normal customer service and eased my pain and grief immensely. Curtis and his staff completed a cleanup for me in British Columbia while I reside in Ontario. Their efforts and communication saved me from having to jump on a plane and cross the country to salvage what I could of my son's life and possessions. I can now plan my trip to retrieve his belongings on my terms. I cannot stress enough the length they went to help me out. Thank you Curtis and 1st Trauma staff.
