I booked a cab at 8:28 am today and was told that the cab would reach in 10-15 minutes, however, it didn't reach by 8:55 am and they stopped taking my call after that wasting my 10 minutes in an emergency. This was very unprofessional on their part and the least they could have done was a clear communication. I booked it based on google reviews. I hope they take this into consideration since those who book a cab here in Dawson Creek do so in an emergency.

Waited for a cab for over 30 minutes called back to see what happened they haven't sent anyone and gave me attitude for being upset for making me late for work . Worst cab service in dawson

Yellow cab services are really good. My ride was on time for drop off and then pick up. The driver was friendly and vehicle was kept very clean.
Prompt polite and turned meter off when I went into my house to grab money.
The next time you need to go anywhere, take this taxi service. You will feel the service.
