Called in and spoke with Una. I had an idea of what I was looking for but was still undecided. She took the time to send me pictures of multiple tag styles and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I went in today and looked at the items in person but Una was not in, however her manager was expecting me and had everything set aside that was reserved for me. The process was seemless and enjoyable. All the staff there are a pleasure to deal with and the jewelry is top line. Definitely will be back for more. Thank you.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I love the selection and experience while shopping. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. I really appreciate the packaging, there is such care and thought put into it. The free cleaning for David Yurman pieces is a plus too! (a good excuse to visit and browse)
I just completed my first shopping experience at David Yurman at Holt. The staff was amazing, friendly, very helpful, and extremely pleasant... It was a fun experience, and I purchased a styling men's ring! It's always been difficult to find men's rings (non wedding bands), so it was a nice surprise to see that they had tons! I'm looking forward to my visit, and thank you for all the help Marta!
