I had a terrible experience with this law office. I would not recommend David Goddard. I had to go back and forth on a separation agreement a few times because it seemed that simple math was a problem. I think he was tasking the receptionist to do the agreement and take care of the details (in regards to calculations). I was fully prepared with all details and numbers (), it was a amicable separation so should have been easy to do. I was quoted one price and was then charged a fair bit more. Then near the completion of my file I was told I would need to get another lawyer for the transfer of ownership of the matrimonial home as he was not permitted to do that legal work. He could have let me know this up front during our initial consultation so that I could have made a better decision on a lawyer to use for my needs.
