Ultra Hair Solutions & Esthetics is my go-to salon in HRM for everything from hair and nails to their amazing permanent makeup options (I've got my eyeliner & brows done here). The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and so professional! Would highly recommend.

My main issue is not the fact that their shampoos caused a wicked reaction all over my scalp which still hasn’t cleared up, it’s that when I went in the manager of the store was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. He told me that I’d used over 1/3 of the bottles which was not true, he offered to sell me another product at a discount. He said I had to figure out exactly which product it was that had caused the reaction, said he couldn’t be sure I hadn’t filled the bottles with water, or that I had any reaction at all, that he couldn’t send it back to their distributor, etc etc. A lot of mixed, unhelpful information with a smug smile and a nasty attitude . When I asked to speak to the manager he informed me he was, when I asked to speak with the owner he told me she was with a client. I asked when she would be done he proceeded to tell me he had no idea when she would be finished yet quoted to me the exact amount of time both of my previous appointments had been. When I first walked in though, he looked at his screen and asked if I was another client. When I told him that I was not that person he continued his 5 minute long personal conversation. When I asked how he could book appointments without knowing when appointments began and ended he told me I was argumentative and rude. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
