The service was outstanding from all staff. Very helpful in finding what you want, great explanation of all aspects of bike, financing etc.They spend time with you. My experience was better than other bike shops.

We made a social distance appointment to go in and look at the scooters. We were impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. Norman went out if his way to help us out, while juggling a dozen other things. It’s a difficult time for any business but these guys are handling this very busy time wonderfully. Wr were not disappointed. We got our scooter delivered tonight and am very pleased. Great service.

Was interested in getting an electric assist bike to commute to work and back. There are some very steep hills both ways and the motor helps even out the trip. We test rode several sizes and styles before settling on a VGO Cycle. When we went back the following day, the bike was prepped and ready to go. Norm went over all the features and I was well prepared when I left. Rode the bike home and have made the trip a regular part of my daily routine. Love the bike, great range and I look forward to riding everyday. Norm and his team know the products they sell. They are friendly and not pushy. We recommend them to all our friends.

Went and bought a Daymak Eagle ebike though them and business transactions were easy and painless. Now I'm motoring around faster than Metro Transit and cheaper to maintain than a full size car. Absolutely love it and love dealing with these guys.

Terrible. Web site says large area behind the store to test out ebikes. Nope. Salesman said we don't have the insurance. Salesman suggested I test out a mobility scooter in stead and trust him on the ebikes. I wasted 2 hours getting there. Want to buy an ebike anyway, well they had one bike of the model I was looking for and it a sold sticker on it. Bad attitude, bad selection and bad service. If you still want to go there call ahead.
