200 dollar minimum spending (which I was ok with). The one man (owner??) was paranoid on virus..after I touched a jar he told me he had to sterilize after I left..and not to touch anything in the store.. I told him he lost a customer..and I left. And ppl wonder why small businesses are not making it at this time.

I have been a customer of Richards Packaging since 2015. Their service is second to none. Always polite, receptive to my questions, have offered alternatives when I am not sure exactly what I want. No one should expect a company who provides service to many companies should walk in off the road and be immediately accommodated. Courtesy begets courtesy.
Love dealing with the folks at Richard's Packaging, and have been for years. Every trip is the best service, people, prices, and products. Chris goes out of his way to insure your order is fulfilled and perfect. Thanks as always folks! Yes, (for the people this seems to bother) you do have to preorder, but that is the nature of this business, and I would hope everyone can/does respect that!
I have dealt with the folks at Richards for well over 7 years now and have always been treated well. They have on several occasions gone above and beyond to deal with my business. The guys there are knowledgeable and always friendly, making it a stop in the city I actually look forward to when I'm there.
Do not go there expecting to pick things up without pre-ordering the day before. Don't just think you can stop by and buy products. Quite rude on the phone and will not try to accomodate their customers.
Very helpful and professional staff, they always have what I need and go the extra mile. Have recommended them to friends who bottle and preserve. Have been buying from them for about 6 years now and will definitely be shopping there again!
The company's employees are poorly serviced, and employees often respond to customers in an impolite manner. Hang up even before the communication is complete
I will not be ordering anything from here again, they are scammers , changing prices and shipping costs, and not to mention we were told it would be shipped the next day and it didn't get shipped for 5 days, and Chris at the Dartmouth location just hangs up on you after they get your money, I would not recommend using Richards Packaging.
