I really appreciate Dr. MacGibbon. She's wonderful and so are her staff and the other Dr.'s. Sometimes you have to wait a bit. It is a doctors office and it's nice to know that if you need care she'll take a couple extra minutes to not rush you away like some do. That's very rare though that you have to wait too long.

First appointment I waited an hour and a half. Second appointment have now been waiting over 2 hours with no explanation or apology. Complete disregard for others time. I don't know the staff well enough to weigh in on leaving a review for them. But if you like waiting hours upon hours to see a doctor.. Penhorn Medical is the place for you. Update: I waited just about three hours past my scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival I was told the doctor was running about 20 minutes behind.
Great clinic but poorly organized. This is the second time I've been here and Ive been waiting over an hour for my appointment. (The first time I was here was with my husband and sons and we waited for two hours)I get that it's a walk in clinic, but then what's the point of making an appointment? Doctors and Staff are friendly but be prepared to wait two hours, don't come hungry (or do, there's a Little Ceasers next door).
This clinic is operated very unprofessionally.. It seems the doctor's are constantly sick or leaving early. My son was 7 months old when we had an appointment scheduled for 1pm, I was worried about being late & attempted to call to inform them.. no answer. When we arrived, the doctor had already left the clinic! No one even attempted to contact us and inform us the doctor had left or to see if we were still attending. I was utterly shocked to find out the doctor had left the clinic when they only open at 9am. I have waited over 45mins to an hour for previous appointments with this doctor. Now today is the 3rd time my appointment has been cancelled with very short notice.. because the doctor is stuck in Newfoundland, because the doctor is sick ect. This time it was only with 10 minutes notice at that. Unprofessional, unimpressed overall.
Love my doctor but can you please change your voicemail? I shouldn't have to wait 2 minutes to leave a message.
