No thanks

I stopped in recently to grab a new mac pass and was pleasantly surprised by the greeting and smile by one of the tellers. I was surprised since it seems like everywhere I go I experience poor customer service. The lady explained everything and she didn't make me feel like I was bothering her (like most places seem to do). I had to return a few weeks later and was once again treated exceptional well by another teller. I told my wife about both positive experiences since I'm just not used to that anymore. Keep up the good work and pleasant greetings and most importantly, a smile.
