Got a very nice hat but while in the store the "manager" was quite loud and rude. Talking smack about other customers while people are shopping. 3 people sitting at the counter... seems like a lot of people working in one area during the pandemic... made me uncomfortable for sure

Went to Lids to get a Leafs cap and they had a great sale. Got two hats marked down and the third one free. Score!
Always buy my kids gear here! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.They will order your hat size if they are placing another order Would recommend to anyone looking good quality head gear!
Great variety of hats! Great deals too. I got 2 hats for 40 when one hat would be 35. The staff hear are also really friendly!!
Got a baby blanket embroidered for my niece and they did an amazing job
The service was great and the cashier was able to entertain my very busy kids by showing them the embroidery machine.
They had s 6 dollar hat deal when I was in. Picked up some decent hats for cheap. Helpful and friendly staff
