Agent contacted me while making dinner. No hello & no asking if they were interrupting. I was making dinner however, I took a break to accommodate & gather info. Wanted to verify the account #, kinda important to be 110% to ensure they get paid & is removed from credit report. The agent literally had the audacity to ask why I requested her to wait/hold in this snarky & condescending tone... I did over react & called her a fking bch! But man I hate people that are rude & ignorant like that. I don't treat people like that so I'm definitely not gonna allow them to treat me like that in return. Just rude, unprofessional, arrogant, & condescending.

Horrible service the lady that somehow found my number when they should be dealing with my husband. She was rude and nasty very IGNORANT AND her phone etiquette was ridiculous towards another person which is not the actual customer. Start leaving your business name on peoples phones and maybe your clients would call back your reviews are very obvious that you need some better service etc.

I spoke to a woman named Shirley and she was absolutely deplorable. She was very condescending, and as a result, very unprofessional. I can only hope that she doesn’t represent the majority of this company’s associates.
Absolutely brutal. Being insulted by one their agents is absolutely ridiculous. Crystal is the least professional, understanding, person I have talked too. Very rude, condescending and obnoxious. Her management team on the other hand was understanding and let me explain the situation. Overall it is a collection agency, they don’t have to be the nicest people, but at a time like this during Covid-19, it would be appreciative if empathy and sympathy was exercised.
This place send a notice to my mother in law when she didn’t owe any money (according to Shaw). The Lois Madew person was incredibly rude and cut me off several times just to reiterate what I was saying. And to make it even more sketchy she requested I etransfer the payment.
Disregard calls from "Lolis". Will threaten to "report you to the credit bureau" even if you have paid off dues directly with Shaw. They only do this so that you will give them your reference number and then they get to collect their commission. If she had been nicer instead of being so condescending then I likely would have given her that information out of pity. Too bad she's rude and aggressive. Better luck next time.
