I cannot tell you the love I have for Barrett's vet clinic. This is the vets office we should have been going to all Charlie's life. they are incredible! I almost lost Charlie just over a month ago and our old vet would have told us to go to an emergency vet we didn't know. Dr. Mikaela took charlie when he was too weak to walk or stand, days after we were there with what we thought was a stomach problem. He was on fluids a few times that week, went home and was keeping an eye on him when things when downhill really fast over night. By morning he couldn't stand or walk. He was so weak and tiny, I was a complete mess when my husband took him in, I wasn't sure I was going to see my baby again. Charlie is my heart so I was devistated. She worked hard all day and the next night while he was on fluids and ran tests and she thought kidney or Addisons. It ended up being confirmed but Addison's is something that is missed so much and that could have cost Charlie his life. Mr Mikaela and all the staff at Barrett are amazing. I wouldn't have my bear if not for them. He loves them as much as they love him and you can really tell they care for their patients, it VERY clear. I will never go anywhere else. Not to mention I like taking my other dog for a walk in the country while we wait, the peace and tranquility out there is so calming. Thank you Dr Mikaela and team, Charlie, Lucy, Tom and I love you all and couldn't apprecaite you more \u003c3 *ps they do love each other although you couldn't tell. Thank you for letting be able to celebrate Charlie's 9th birthday only a week after you saved his life XO

I didn't end up going to the clinic for my cat's dental. He ended up being too sick for a dental. You're very good to accommodate an emergency appointment even though I wasn't able to use it
Absolutely love this vet. Truly care about your pet and value you as a customer. The Mars Corp. Has bought out 33% of calgary cdn vets, also known as vca clinics, the American company with cdn leaf on their sign. You are going to need a second mortgage to treat your pet and get horrible advice. If barrett vet is too far for you, please choose a Canadian vet. If you need a pet hospital... fish creek pet hospital, and only one non VCA.
Dr.Beth has been looking after my horses for years and I have total confidence in her knowledge and experience to provide them with the best care.
