Always great ice cream and food. Would definitely recommend. Only thing is, I have never got a fork when ordering a poutine. Unless using a fork is weird, am I supposed to use my fingers for that?

Not too friendly....had a coupon. They never turned my blizzard upside down cause it would have spilled out onto the ground. Very disappointing visit. You really need to try harder. Other establishments are extremely welcoming and friendly....try harder. Not sure I would ever go to that location again
Usually have a good experience here but had an incorrect order tonight, BBQ Chicken strips, which came out plain. I called to make the correction but was offered five-six BBQ sauce for my next order? I wasn't about to argue 15 minutes after closing about my order but this is simply silly. I don't need sauce for my order the next time I decide to get chicken strips. The fries in both orders were also uncooked and the burger bun and cheese were very stale. Totally unlike my previous visits here. Normally a solid 4/5
