What a HORRIFIC experience I had there today. I tried to use a coupon for a dipped cone for my 6 year old, and the OWNER who always RUDE when you pull out a coupon REFUSED to honour the coupon saying we have used them before. The coupon CLEARLY states \ one coupon per visit\, so if I want to go there everyday that is my right. He waited until I had given the coupon, then he told us he was refusing to accept the coupon and refused to give it back. My six year old left in tears wondering why the \man would not give him a dipped cone\. He should be ashamed of his attitude and behaviour during a pandemic and especially in front of a child. This is not the first time I had heard of his rude attitude towards customers it amazing he stays in business. Perhaps that is why he is hiring, no one wishes to work for him. I would skip this location and go to the one south of Elgin Mills. Will NEVER go there again.....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Looks like they care more about making money rather than friendly service and keeping a paying customer. Idk who the lady at the counter who was working there was but she's one of the most stubborn and rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. Came there with a coupon and she basically kicked me out of the place without even talking/listening to me properly or looking me in the face like I don't matter to her. This place is really close to my house but I don't think I'll ever be going there again. If I really feel like getting ice cream, I'll just go to the convenience store a few stores down beside them bc they actually care about the customers better than this place does. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We went for a blizzard, and they practically gave us vanilla ice cream instead of the oreo and a chocolate fudge bluzzard.. we asked politely to fix it and they refuse. Definitely they don’t care about losing a customer.

Bought an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Service was wonderful and the cake was absolutely yummy.

Most peculiar dairy Queen I've ever been to. It was like they just opened and I was the first customer. They have no prep station for their blizzards so the two I ordered they were all over the store getting the toppings.........from boxes...... In the case of the caramel, he had to go to an upright fridge and pour some into a cup - stir it with a bewildered look on his face then dump it from cup A into cup B. It was his first time using the mixer it would seem as that was just humorous as heck to watch. Then he brings the two blizzards (I am by myself) and they are an inch over the rim. Since I need to transport these home, I naturally ask for a lid. He gets visibly annoyed and takes two FLAT plastic lids - scrapes the inch of blizzard off the top into the garbage and then seals it. What happened to the HUGE dome lids every other dairy Queen has? Using a normal pop lid resulted in melted ice cream all over my car. Blizzards in the end were poorly mixed with it being 50% toppings and ice cream and the other 50% undisturbed plain icecream. Drive a little extra to the aurora location
