No ONE is available to answer a phone call. SEND home old students wearing OLD uniform because the administration decided to change the PANTS Uniform...because the new company who supplies the new uniform cannot produce the same color as the old one. IS THIS FAIR? Total MADNESS
One of the worst commission scholaires at Quebec province . The employees at this commission are disorganised , not efficient and some of them do not respect parents . One of the employees ( no need to mention the name ) told me literally “ I do not want to see your face again at this commission . So , I complained to the higher authorities by writing an e-mail and many thanks to them the problem has been solved the next day . I had to visit the commission many times to sole the issue . My daughter was delayed entering the school until now because of their mistake ( they did not send the file of my daughter to the school and kept it for 3 weeks at the commission ??? . I advice every one to give the chance to the commission for one time to solve any problem then if it has not solved , please complain by e-mail to the higher authorities in order to solve any issue immediately .
One of the best commission scolaire in Montreal ( Saint -Laurent ). My kids were at 9ne of their schools. At least if you contact them whether you would like to have so info or you would like to file a complaint or for any other inquiries, then they will serve you in a very timely manner. So I highly recommend to be contacted if you really have an issue with their schools or so.
My home distanse from school is 1560 meter .and the board refuses to give school bus for my kids. I am really disappointed. Difficult to deal with the board
Called 20 times for informations and they hung up on me all 20 times. So disappointed.
