Had them install a piece of glass on a new home build. The vinyl glazing spline was broken while installing which they never mentioned. The glass pane was installed backwards (Low-E coating put towards exterior of home, should be on inside). Installers took vinyl spline off of another window to \see how it's installed\ and did not replace it. Installers gave false information to home owners about window install, glass performance, and warranty. After a terrible experience, job done incorrectly and not completed the home owners still were required to pay their bill. Will not recommend or work with again.
