Called this place, got on a waiting list. This took a few months as he is a very busy guy. He gave me a call, and I brought him my Remington 870 as it was failing to eject shells. Super friendly service. My Remington was back in my hands within a month. I took it out to the range and it is working like it should. I paid a bit less than quoted which was even better. Speedy service, fair pricing and a working 870. Couldn't be happier

I was going to get some custom grips hand fitted on my gun, so they placed me on a waiting list and after a 5 or 6 month wait I contacted them only to be informed that they couldn't do the work because a 550 US pair of grips was too much of a liability for them to take on. They could have told me that right from the start and it wouldn't issue. To make me wait that long assuming they would do the work and then inform me that they wouldn't is totally unprofessional. I'd give them a zero rating but the system doesn't allow that.

Really unhappy, brought in older browning hunting rifle for some repairs, and all he did was clean it for 200, didn't fix the problem, then he wouldn't return my calls afterwards. Wound up needing a spring and pad for less than 50.00. I guess being a gunsmith means all you do is laser etching and blueing. Far from what I would call professional service.

Took my gun into Logan to get sighted in and make sure all was good with it. He did a great job and in a timely manner as well. Being a new gun owner he explained a lot of things to me that I never knew and offered to help me out when I needed to disassemble. Totally recommend him for anything you need. Very professional and a good guy.

Used Crawford's Crosshairs recently to diagnose a cycling issue I was having with a Belgian Shotgun as well as a firing pin issue with another rifle. He diagnosed the problem quickly, cleaned up and repaired both firearms. I would highly recommend Crawford's Crosshairs to anyone in need of some top quality service on any firearm. Excellent Job!!! I have a few other projects in mind and will definitely be using Logan for this!

Extremely accommodating, Under service time and under repair cost. I have a 40 year old model 70 rifle that has been handed down to me. Found the bolt was excessivly hard to close and not functional for use. I dropped it off with Logan at my convenience and was expecting a month or two out for repair. Two weeks later the rifle was done ready to pick up and problem free, the repair cost was less than 1/3rd of what a bolt replacment would be. The rifle feeds and feels better than I've known it to. After my first servicing and repair with Logan I will continue to bring my guns in without hesitation and would recommend others to use him as well.

Logan was extremely professional and knows his stuff. I made the mistake of buying the wrong scope mount and he not only did everything he could to make it work, but when it didn't he took it upon himself to acquire what I needed and installed it in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend.
