Awesome pet and plant advice and lovely selection of products. Oh, and if that wasn't enough to tempt you this company is uber supportive of local charities and non-profit organisations. A great place to shop and while away an hour or two. Now, if only they had a coffee shop.... I would probably never leave.

First time coming here , and last time. Was met with nothing but hostility and rudeness. We were sharing how excited we were to be gaining plants again because we just moved here from ontario and I sadly had to leave my plants behind. It shocks me people don't know there own provincial laws when it comes to covid. She gave us a dirty glare and stated \ shouldn't you be isolating for 14 days\. I was overjoyed with happiness to be getting plants for my new home , and now I am super irritated and won't be stepping foot there again. They definitely lost a customer that would of been very valuable to them. Wendy needs to learn a thing or two about customer service !

** PROFILING ** I was just in their store shopping for myself and I had my wife who was in Saskatchewan video chatting with me on my phone when I found myself approached by a gentleman accusing me of \scoping\ out their store and security system to possibly shop shift. He claimed with my appearance (shorts, carhartt sweater with my hood up and torque on also my mask required due to covid) I was suspect enough to assume I would shop lift or carry crime out at a later time. NEVER DID I THINK ID FIND MYSELFNIN THIS SITUATION... I was simply passing my time well my company vehicle was in the shop getting repaired, I'm one to shop local no matter where I go but after this experience I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY TO SHOP HERE!!!
