After several frustrating weeks trying to arrange a window replacement through another residential glass shop, I decided to try Crystal Glass in Cranbrook. Customer service at this shop was prompt, polite, reliable, highly professional and the quote for the work seemed very fair and reasonable. Kudos to Kerri and his team for going \above and beyond\ in helping with our windows. I will certainly recommend and use Crystal Glass again for future window repair and replacement.

Very professional and friendly. Windshield was replaced on time and considerably cheaper then speedy auto glass. Even my seat was left in the same position as when I came in. Thank you.

Great service! A rock hit my windshield on the way home and it was 4:30p, I drove right to them and asked what could be done, fully knowing they were closing at 5 they had no hesitation to fix the chip right away. Looks amazing, you can barely see the chip. Super friendly, helpful and highly recommend!
